Pinups is a periodical that features male nudes under a new gaze uninterested in the illusion of perfection. Pinups celebrates the male form as-is. Each pictorial exists as a book that can be turned into a 32" x 70" poster by tiling its pages. Pinups does away with magazine standards and consists entirely of fragments of a large image abstracted by the limitation of the page and scattered throughout a sequence of related images, provoking a subtle narrative in each issue. Pinups is printed in New York and created by Christopher Schulz.
